Nutrition Education
The New Life Volunteering Society free health clinic serves as a comprehensive medical care facility dedicated to serving the uninsured of Chicago in primary and secondary prevention of chronic medical conditions and in the training of future health care professionals by providing an educational setting to learn and practice clinical skills.

NLVS CLINIC
NLVS volunteers have the opportunity to provide information to people who attend the Oak Park Food Pantry on a medical topic that affects many in the community. We present on common ailments such as hypertension and diabetes, as well as medical-adjacent subjects such as access to care to medication management.
Health Screenings

We are hosting Screenings for the public at Maywood Public Library. These screenings will include Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and Body Mass Index (BMI).
